Through its global distribution network, the Companyโ€™s products are sold in over 120 countries.


The Junior Global Trade Marketing Manager supports the commercial execution of global fragrance launches across international markets. This role focuses on driving retail performance by partnering with Sales, Regional Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing, and Operations to execute commercialization strategies, analyze business performance, and support global distribution partners. This is a highly cross-functional, analytical role that blends commercial planning, sales analysis, and retail execution rather than creative brand marketing. This role reports to the Senior Global Trade Marketing Manager.


This position is based in office from Mondays-Thursdays, and remote on Fridays.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with analysis in creating monthly recap (gather and analyze sales figures, follow up in gathering pictures of permanent spaces and animations/online activations).
  • Under Senior Manager guidance, help curate retailer-specific presentations (specific launch calendar/retailer-specific programs) for Licensor presentation
  • Assist the GTM Senior Manager with the execution of Trade Marketing POSM initiatives driving trial and brand awareness overseeing regional allocation and timely sell-in
  • Ensure the Creative Asset portal is up to date and organized consistently across all brands with commercially needed assets and direction
  • Ownership in the handling and follow up of Creative Requests to ensure perfect implementation of activations in a timely manner as regionally relevant
  • Point person in maintenance execution of internal price lists
  • Run bi-annual Gift Sets and sell-thru analysis in preparation for upcoming assortment reviews with Global Marketing and Regional Trade Marketing partners
  • Serve as owner and first pass review at media and KOL proposals for brand approval as aligned to each brand strategy and target consumer
  • As a support to Global Trade Marketing Team, analyzing sales and sell-in trends as connected to global commercial activations and strategic outlooks on the brand. Become an expert in brand assortment and pillar detail in efforts to propose new commercial opportunities
  • Assist in the development and execution of specific Global Merchandising guidelines adapted to the relevant markets inclusive of planograms
  • Primary contact in ensuring press and lab samples are requested, delivered, and shipped out as necessary to all global partners
  • Serve as key assistance in planning and execution of any annual events, seminars, and trade shows under direction of Global Trade Marketing VP
  • Perform other related duties as assigned


Education/Experience

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in commercial marketing
  • Beauty industry experience highly preferred
