You will be a high-potential individual contributor tasked with partnering with stakeholders across the region. This will be a varied and rewarding role with recruiting fulfillment opportunities across various areas (finance, sales, operations, and marketing).The position will be onsite in Solera’s Westlake, Texas, corporate office.**What You’ll Do*** Partner with stakeholders to identify current and future hiring needs, and develop tailored recruitment plans for each role. Source candidates using AI-enabled platforms. Conduct thorough candidate pre-screening in alignment with our global recruitment process. Provide weekly reports to hiring managers and key stakeholders, outlining key performance indicators (KPIs).
