What You’ll Be Doing
  • Create and revise detailed CAD drawings using AutoCAD and SolidWorks

  • Produce and edit electrical wiring diagrams for kiln and oven assemblies

  • Audit and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) and routings for accuracy

  • Assist with Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and documentation control

  • Enter part and routing data into Global Shop Solutions (ERP)

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Planning to ensure documents match build processes

  • Standardize top-level assemblies and reduce legacy complexity

What You Need to Bring
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks (REQUIRED)

  • Ability to read, understand, and produce electrical wiring diagrams (REQUIRED)

  • Experience with ERP systems (Global Shop Solutions preferred)

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish — able to communicate effectively across departments

  • Willingness to work directly with shop floor teams to learn processes, gather feedback, and build trust through hands-on collaboration

Why Paragon

This is a critical role. We’re simplifying our product line and rebuilding the accuracy of our manufacturing data—BOMs, routings, and wiring diagrams included. Your work will be highly visible and directly impact production performance, cost structure, and future scalability.

  • Always Innovative – We improve what matters and reject “good enough”

  • Will Do Attitude – We take initiative and solve problems

  • Caring for Others – We lead with respect and support our team
