Riverside OverviewRiverside Research is an independent National Security Nonprofit dedicated to research and development in the national interest. We provide high-end technical services, research and development, and prototype solutions to some of the country's most challenging technical problems.    All Riverside Research opportunities require U.S. Citizenship.  Position Overview

Riverside Research and the IDS Business Unit are seeking a full time Site Security Manager in the Dayton, OH area. This position will focus on leading security oversight and support for the National Space Intelligence Center (NSIC) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.

Responsibilities

The contractor shall provide security programming and design expertise relevant to SCIF operations and the organizational requirements to enable mission. This includes expertise in electronic security systems, SCIF comprehensive risk management and operational technology cybersecurity requirements.The Contractor shall apply Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 requirements to ensure ICD 705 compliance of construction designs and identify construction products, samples and submittals by type, format and quantity required to complete the fixed facility checklist and the DIA accreditation process.The contractor shall provide expertise in the development, submittal and oversight of the necessary security documents to include: construction security plan, pre-construction checklist, inspectable materials checklist, and TEMPEST requirements.The contractor shall apply expertise in the development of the construction surveillance program and the management of site security surveillance on active construction sites.The contractor shall provide oversight of site security technicians.The contractor shall provide expertise to execute the SCIF testing and accreditation process from design through construction and fully accredited/operational status. (ICS 750-02).The contractor shall assist with security planning and resourcing requirements across S4S services portfolio.- Other duties as assigned

- Must have a Top Secret/SCI US Government Security Clearance- Bachelor's degree - 15+ years Physical Security/TEMPEST experience- ICD 705 training- SSM training MILCON project management experience- TEMPEST training- CSP author/implementation experience- TSCM coordination/implementation experience- IDS/ACS/WIDS design/installation/operations experience- SCIF/SAPF accreditation process experience- Security training development/delivery experience- CDSE SPeD certifications (SFPC/PSC/SAPPC)- Anti-terrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP) experience
