Reporting to the Head of Technology, Security and Data Risk, the Global Technology Change Risk Senior Manager will lead the risk oversight of the unprecedented amount of technology change at Alter Domus. You will bring deep knowledge of modern technology architecture, infrastructure, data, applications and AI, have strong risk management experience and a good understanding of agile and waterfall project management.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the technology change risk programme ensuring all material technology-driven changes (AI, data, system, migrations, automation, digital transformation initiatives) are assessed for risk prior to and during execution.
  • Partner with Tech, project delivery, and business stakeholders to embed risk controls into the change management lifecycle, from intake and impact assessment through testing, deployment, and post-implementation review.
  • Identify, evaluate, and monitor technology and operational risks arising from global change initiatives, escalating material issues to senior leadership and relevant risk committees.
  • Assess risks specific to AI adoption within change initiatives, including model governance, data privacy, algorithmic bias, and regulatory compliance, and ensure AI‑driven tools and processes are incorporated safely into the change risk framework.
  • Provide guidance, training, and thought leadership to project teams and junior risk staff on technology change risk best practices, fostering a proactive risk culture across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain risk metrics, dashboards, and reporting to provide visibility into the change risk portfolio for executive and regulatory stakeholders.
  • As a senior leader, you will also be responsible for driving change when necessary, delivering communications and directions to the team in supporting the development and engagement of employees at all levels.
  • Promote and build the Alter Domus brand and culture both internally and externally, acting as an ambassador and role‑model to our people, clients, and customers to embed the Alter Domus Values and promote our Employer Value Proposition.
  • As a director of Alter Domus, you will maintain a relentless focus on cost and budget discipline, driving a culture of accountability.
  • Drive a culture of compliance and risk control to mitigate financial, operational and reputational risks.

Salary range
