Job Description

The Opportunity

We, at Flywire, are looking for a smart, analytical thinker who's excited to wow our clients with best in class data and analytics capabilities. As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will help set the vision and direction for how we communicate the story of Flywire's data to our clients, both with interactive in-app reporting solutions and custom analytics projects that speak to the unique value and ROI that our product has delivered throughout our partnership.

This is a true cross-functional role, with responsibilities crossing data & analytics, product development, relationship management, and sales. The ideal candidate will feel comfortable managing cross-functional projects and also have a deep technical understanding of a general BI stack and will be able to periodically contribute to development and analysis.

The responsibilities of the role include:

  • Help set a broad company vision for the way we communicate data and our value proposition to clients
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand unique client situations and deliver analyses to show the value of Flywire's value and performance
  • Lead the design and development of customer-facing dashboards
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure that reporting and analytical solutions are secure, scalable, and part of a seamless user experience
Qualifications

Here's What We're Looking For

  • 5-7 years of experience in business intelligence, product management, data and analytics, or a related field
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Strong experience with business intelligence tools is required, with a preference for Looker and Sigma
  • Comfortable presenting to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills: You can make even the most complex data easy to comprehend
  • Emerging data science and analytical skills
  • Familiar and comfortable with emerging AI technologies, digital assistants for natural language queries, and core LLM tools
  • Strong business acumen by connecting data and dashboard design decisions to revenue, client retention, and broader company strategy, not just technical execution
  • Experience working with finance-related data (revenue, billing, payments, or similar financial reporting) and translating it into stakeholder-ready insights
  • Experience working with client or CRM data (e.g. Salesforce) to build a unified view of client relationships and usage patterns

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $91,000 - $114,000, plus equity and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, position level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and several other factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training.
