Job description

As the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining forecasts across varying time-horizon granularity that capture the full lifecycle of AI hardware components flowing through our FA Lab - from inbound volume planning and sorting through testing, repair, sparing, and dispositioning. You will partner closely with Operations, Leadership, Finance, Engineering, Systems and Analytics teams to translate customer demand signals into actionable operational plans that drive throughput, optimize capacity utilization, and ensure on-time delivery of spare parts back to the fleet. This role requires strong cross-functional communication skills, the ability to manage competing priorities across a global network, and a passion for building repeatable, scalable planning processes in a fast-paced reverse logistics environment.
Key job responsibilities
• Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, quarterly, and multi-year S&OP forecasts that capture volume across the full FA Lab lifecycle
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to align operational plans with customer demand and capacity constraints
• Manage and communicate supply plans to internal and external customers, ensuring commitments are met and variances are identified and addressed proactively
• Build and refine planning models that forecast throughput of AI hardware components (e.g., GPUs, accelerators, memory modules) through Failure Analysis lab workflows
• Drive the monthly S&OP process by preparing demand and supply inputs, facilitating planning reviews, and documenting consensus plans and action items
• Partner with operations teams across global facilities to understand capacity, labor, and process constraints and incorporate them into planning assumptions
• Develop scenario-based planning to support strategic decision-making, including what-if analyses
• Collaborate with finance teams to align operational plans with budgeting cycles, cost models, and quarterly/yearly financial planning
• Identify process improvement opportunities within the planning function and implement scalable tools and frameworks to enhance forecast reliability and planning efficiency
• Communicate planning insights and recommendations to leadership through clear, data-driven narratives and executive-ready reporting
