Title:  Front Office Research Technology Business Analyst
Location: New York, NY

Job Summary

Seeking a Research Technology Business Analyst to support Global Research users across technology platforms, training, business analysis, change management, and AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Research Analysts and business users with technology applications, training and adoption.
  • Lead change management, communications, training, documentation and application rollouts.
  • Identify AI opportunities within business processes and drive solutions.
  • Gather user requirements, feedback and enhancement requests.
  • Support UAT, usability testing and pilot programs.
  • Create training materials including eLearning, PowerPoint presentations, online guides and communications.
  • Maintain internal websites, documentation and team processes.
  • Track metrics, reporting and team performance.
