As a Purchasing Director, you're not just overseeing procurement operations - you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Responsibilities
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
  • Oversee purchasing operations: Plan, direct, and manage all procurement activities to secure high-quality products at competitive prices
  • Manage supplier relationships: Lead the RFP and bid process, obtain competitive bids, and negotiate optimal pricing and terms with vendors
  • Control inventory levels: Ensure appropriate stock levels to meet operational needs
