Job Description
AECOM Tishman, a leader in managing the construction of some of the world's most iconic buildings and redefining skylines across the country, is looking to add a Construction Project Executive to our healthcare division in Boston, MA.
The Construction Project Executive - Healthcare will lead business development and project delivery for major healthcare construction projects throughout the Greater Boston region. This senior leadership role requires a professional with a strong track record of selling, developing, and successfully delivering complex healthcare facilities, including hospitals, ambulatory care centers, medical office buildings, and related clinical environments.
  • Complete accountability and direction for entire project, from pre-construction phase to completion and is the primary liaison between AECOM and client interface.
  • Accountable for all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule.
  • Overall responsibility and management of project including but not limited to pre-construction budgeting/schedule stage, procurement, through contract closeout.
  • Position has primary fiscal responsibility and key liaison between client for assigned project.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
  • BA/BS Engineering, Construction Management or similar curriculum and 12 years of experience in construction or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 4 years of leadership.
  • Experience in healthcare, hospital, ambulatory care construction sectors.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in the field of hospital, medical, ambulatory care construction projects.
  • Experience in commercial construction business development in the related field.
  • Experience from a large general contractor on projects of all sizes up and up to 100MM.
  • Prior experience developing teams for the successful completion of construction projects including preconstruction, scheduling, sequencing through close-out.
  • Demonstrated experience selling and delivering healthcare construction projects.
  • Strong relationships within the Boston/New England healthcare construction market.
