The annual compensation range for this position is stated below. The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range: $97,900.00 - $146,900.00 Purpose Statement: The Program Manager leads the tactical interface between the customer and various Plexus functional areas

This position is responsible for leading the Customer Focus Team (CFT) and managing the day-to-day customer relationship. In essence, be the "voice of Plexus" to the customer and the "voice of the customer" to Plexus. Key Job Accountabilities: Engage and lead the Customer Focus Team, ensuring that the team understands the overall program contract / goals and are clear on individual and team performance expectations Work with the Customer Focus Team to meet on time delivery commitments (OTC and OTR) Deliver high levels of customer service and satisfaction through the Plexus' 5Es and Plexus Core Values Drive operational excellence in the Customer Focus Team through visual operational metrics and a focus on Continuous Improvement, cost and quality Exhibit a working knowledge of the program's financial metrics, participate in periodic financial reviews to deliver program cost and margin goals.

If have direct reports: Responsible to exemplify and hold their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values. Leader will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring their employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential. Education/Experience Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree with 4 or more years of related experience is preferred.
