Site Payments Associate

As a Site Payment Associate I, you will provide administrative support to the department in areas related to the processing of payments to investigative sites. Responsibilities include tracking and managing invoices throughout the process, creating reports on status of the invoices, KPIs and metrics, creating and maintaining trackers and assisting with workflow initiation.

What You'll Do:

  • Upload investigator fee invoices into the central imaging system.
  • Track and manage invoices throughout the process.
  • Produce management metrics and reporting, including but not limited to invoice status, KPIs and metrics.
  • File communications and contracts.
  • Maintain trackers and systems, as assigned.
  • Create tickets to initiate work flows, as assigned.
  • Follow up with finance team members for approval updates.
  • Escalate issues to management team for resolution.
  • Handle the shared mailbox

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High/Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Technical positions may require a certificate
  • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0 to 1 year).

In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Good organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Capable of handling multiple timeline sensitive tasks efficiently and effectively
  • Flexible and able to reprioritize workload to meet changing project needs
  • Good computer skills, proficient in MS Word and Excel, preferred experience using PPD's CTMS, EDC, or financial systems
  • Capable of working independently and as a team member
  • Good communication skills, which includes English language (oral, written) and other languages would be an advantage (where applicable)
  • Capable of extracting pertinent information from study documentation such as protocol, contracts, budgets, etc. and perform applicable data entry of said documents
