As the Client Partner Account Manager you will:
  • Account Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Devise and implement detailed account plans that leverage multiple media channels and Tinuiti’s diverse solutions to meet client objectives.
  • Budgets & Forecasting: Assist clients in establishing budgets and forecasts, as well as use data provided to ensure that budget is being used in the most efficient matter and are actualized at the end of the month.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and cross-selling, aligning with the client’s strategic goals and the company’s offerings.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Prepare reports and presentations that deliver insights to both clients and internal teams.
  • Team Collaboration: Engage with Tinuiti’s client channel teams and additional internal teams to contribute positively towards client project outcomes and strategic initiatives.
  • Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for client communications, ensuring that clients receive timely updates on project progress and outcomes. Support Client Partner team in addressing client concerns, resolving issues swiftly and efficiently to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Industry Expertise: Maintain and apply an in-depth knowledge of market developments, emerging trends, and best practices of the client’s business, and the industry overall, to enhance client strategies and recommendations.
Professional Qualifications:
  • 4-5 years of experience in Account Management or Client Partner roles with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns.
  • Extensive experience with multiple digital platforms and how they work together.
  • Google Analytics.
  • Project Management tools.
  • Research tools such as: Pathmatics, SimilarWeb, Kantar/Vivvix, Resonate, Commspoint.
  • Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions.
  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external and internal teams.
