We are looking for an Associate to join the Global Ads Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy and Operations team at Snap! In this role, you will play a pivotal role in designing and managing key operating rhythms across cross functional GTM teams as well as leading strategic GTM initiatives end-to-end. You will partner closely with Ads Monetization Leadership to identify, prioritize, and execute initiatives that drive the business and our ambitious goals forward.

What you'll do

  • Strategic Mindset and Project Management: Lead the execution of strategic projects, from early stage ideas to implementation. You will shape strategy, work closely with key stakeholders, and project manage the execution

  • GTM Readiness, Rhythm of the Business, and Cross Functional Alignment: Manage our GTM motion (from planning to testing to launch), ensuring cross functional teams are delivering against critical activities and deliverables for our most important launches

  • Process Design and Improvement: Identify pain points or other inefficiencies in our GTM motion and develop solutions. Drive solutions home via coordinated change management efforts.

  • Willingness to Learn: Excitement to learn about all areas of Snap's digital ads business and constant desire to question and improve the status quo

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Experience successfully leading strategic projects or initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to diverse audiences

  • Project management and / or process design experience

  • Strategic mindset to tackle ambiguous problems in structured ways

  • Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and driving/influencing change

  • Experience in project management involving multiple stakeholders

  • Strong ability to communicate, motivate and influence

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience

  • 2+ years experience in consulting, strategy, product ops, or strategy & ops role

Preferred Qualifications

  • Passion for AI and track record of using AI for data analysis or other day to day workflows

  • Knowledge and experience in digital advertising

  • Experience analyzing data and financial modeling

  • An operator mindset and enjoy rolling up your sleeves to do whatever it takes to execute, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.

  • Passion for technology, social media, and digital innovation. Knowledge of the social media landscape and familiarity with Snapchat's products and platform!

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):

The base salary range for this position is $107,000-$161,000 annually.


Zone B:

The base salary range for this position is $102,000-$153,000 annually.

Zone C:

The base salary range for this position is $91,000-$137,000 annually.This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
