About the role

The Kitchen Operations Associate supports daily execution within a fast-paced kitchen pilot environment. This role is responsible for maintaining food quality, service flow, inventory accuracy, cleanliness, and operational readiness. The position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth production, accurate order fulfillment, and consistent execution as processes evolve. You will operate alongside our robotic systems, ensuring all components are staged and orders are expedited to meet our rigorous standards.

What you'll do

  • Retherm and prepare food items according to quality and food safety standards.
  • Expo orders to ensure accuracy, completeness, and presentation standards.
  • Monitor kitchen workflow and assist with minor troubleshooting when operational intervention is needed.
  • Support inventory management, including tracking levels, restocking, and communicating low-stock items.
  • Complete daily operational, inventory, and food safety checklists accurately and on time.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness, including dishwashing and station upkeep.
  • Remain responsive via Slack for real-time updates and process adjustments.

What we are looking for

  • 1+ year of restaurant or kitchen experience preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards.
  • Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
  • Able to adapt quickly in a changing or startup-style environment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

The base starting rate for this role is $22.00 - $24.00 per hour (Full-time and Part-time positions available).

Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
