What you'll own

  • Proactively prospect and engage potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and multi-channel outreach to generate new business opportunities

  • Qualify outbound leads by identifying customer needs, pain points, and alignment with company solutions

  • Schedule high-quality meetings between qualified prospects and Account Executives to build a strong sales pipeline

  • Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities, lead status, and follow-ups in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)

  • Collaborate closely with sales partners to ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment on target accounts and messaging

What you'll bring

  • Outbound Activity Execution: Ability to consistently meet activity benchmarks (e.g., 85-100 calls and 40-60 emails per day) while maintaining quality outreach

  • Lead Qualification Skills: Proven ability to identify decision-makers, assess business needs, and qualify leads against defined criteria

  • Pipeline Generation: Track record of setting qualified meetings (SQLs) and contributing to pipeline growth (e.g., 15-25+ meetings per month depending on quota)

  • CRM & Sales Tools Proficiency: Experience using tools like Salesforce, Outreach, or similar platforms to manage activity, maintain data accuracy, and track pipeline performance

  • Communication & Messaging Effectiveness: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions and handle objections in a concise, compelling way

It's a bonus if you have

  • Experience in a high-volume outbound sales or lead generation role (e.g., SDR, BDR, or inside sales), ideally within fintech, payments, or SaaS

  • Demonstrated resilience and coachability, with the ability to handle rejection and continuously improve through feedback
