Summary of Position

The Inventory Specialistis responsible forperforming clerical and physical tasks in connection with cycle counting, storing parts, processing, shippinggoodsand receiving incoming shipments.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Receive goods and materials in SAP system

  • Prepare items for shipment in SAP system

  • Issue purchase orders to the Supply Chain team

  • Deliver parts and materials to factory floor and other designated areas

  • Cycle Counting

  • Receive and distribute parts from parts cage

  • Maintains clean and orderly work area

Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent plus at least two (2) years' experience in a manufacturing environment

Additional Skills Required

  • Strong work ethic

  • Strong computer knowledge

  • Excellent attendance and quality of work record

  • Must be fork truck certified

  • Working understanding of basic math

  • Able to read tape measure

Working Conditions

Primarily indoor work with exposure to outdoor conditions, temperature variations, noise, vibration, and mechanical and electrical hazards.

Physical Demands

Walking 50%, Sitting 45%, Standing 5%. Lifting up to 60lbs, pushing/pulling up to 200lbswith assistance. Medium strengthlevelrequired.
