Overview

This role owns the performance, growth, and strategic direction of assigned Partners within HireRight's Managed ATS Partner portfolio. The position ensures each partnership delivers measurable commercial value, strong field execution, and a differentiated customer experience. The Strategic Alliances Manager is accountable for maximizing partner-sourced revenue, maintaining partner health, and aligning each partnership to HireRight's broader go-to-market strategy.

This role is remote in the United States.

Responsibilities

Partner Relationship Ownership

  • Develop, maintain, and deepen executive, sales, and technical relationships with assigned portfolio of ATS partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for partnership performance and partner experience.

Joint Business Growth

  • Build annual partner business plans, growth targets, and field engagement strategies.
  • Drive partner-sourced and influenced revenue by enabling Sales, Account Management, and partner field teams.
  • Identify solution expansion opportunities to drive new channels of revenue.
  • Track, report, and improve the joint sales pipeline and partner performance.

Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Coordinate with ATS Integration Product Team to define the integration road map.
  • Partner with Marketing to execute co-marketing, campaigns, and demand generation.
  • Ensure internal teams have visibility into partner priorities, escalations, and opportunities.

Partner Program Accountability

  • Maintain compliance with contract terms, SLAs, and performance commitments.
  • Lead renewal discussions and contract expansions as appropriate.

Success Measures

  • Partner-sourced and influenced revenue
  • Joint pipeline volume and progression
  • Partner performance KPIs
  • Internal stakeholder alignment and satisfaction
Qualifications

Required Skills

  • Experience building and scaling high-value partnerships with enterprise HCM providers.
  • Ability to define joint value propositions and drive business outcomes.
  • Influence and relationship leadership across complex organizations.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of integration workflows and business impact.
  • Ability to analyze partner performance data and recommend actions.

Experience

  • 7+ years in partner management required.
  • Experience in the HCM space required.
  • Background working in complex or regulated industries. Healthcare experience is a plus.
  • Experience with pipeline management, data analysis, and cross-functional leadership.
  • Background screening experience preferred.
