Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute a compelling vision for category analytics and innovation intelligence, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Inspire and coach a high-performing global team to unlock their full potential, drive innovation, and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.

  • Lead cross-functionalworkto align analytics insights with marketing,innovation,commercial, andstrategy teams.

Analytics and Insights Delivery

  • Spearhead intelligence delivery for categories, including monthly business reviews, quarterly performance deep-dives, annual business planning, and multi-year roadmaps.

  • Lead a team of analytics experts to update category performance reports,identifytrends, and generate actionable insights.

  • Present performance data and strategic recommendations to category network stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Intelligence team to integrate insights into brand strategy andidentifyopportunities for scaled productization and process improvements.

Innovation Integration

  • Embed innovation trends, consumer insights, and competitive analysis into category intelligence deliverables.

  • Design and implement strategies to incorporate innovative marketing ideas into category support services.

  • Manage a pipeline of innovative marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with category goals andtimelyexecution.

Change Management

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive adoption of analytics tools and technologies across category planning and execution processes.

  • Advocate for data-driven decision-making byshowcasingsuccessful case studies and analytics-derived insights.

Community Building
