Work You'll Do

As a Senior Manager on the team, you will be responsible for:

  • Owning end-to-end project delivery, including the integrated project plan and schedule across technical and functional workstreams
  • Leading full implementation lifecycle activities for assigned modules, including planning, design, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, and deployment readiness
  • Ensuring requirements traceability and key design decisions are documented, aligned, and executed consistently across teams
  • Directing PMO operations, including governance forums, status reporting, risk/issue management, and quality control for Deloitte-owned deliverables
  • Coordinating prime, subcontractor, and multi-vendor teams to promote integrated delivery and resolve cross-team dependencies
  • Overseeing organizational change management and training activities to support user adoption and deployment readiness
  • Managing project financials, contracts, and staffing, including budget tracking, invoicing, and resource forecasting, while serving as the primary client-facing point of contact

Required:

  • 7+ years of IT/ERP project management experience, including 3+ full-lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud (or comparable HCM/ERP) implementations
  • 1+ years of experience managing budget, schedule, scope, and subcontractors for mid-to-large implementations, ideally in a multi-vendor environment
  • Ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role
  • Bachelor's degree 
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. 

Preferred:

  • PMP and/or Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud 2025 Implementation Professional certified
  • Experience with managing delivery in a client-facing environment
  • Experience with government or public sector clients
  • Experience with FAR, task order management, and subcontractor oversight

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $155,600 to $306,800.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
