The Opportunity
We are seeking a Global Dairy Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing and supply chain initiatives for dairy commodities across our global operations. This role manages up to $200MM in annual expenditures and directly supports the Nutrition and Established Pharma divisions by ensuring consistent, cost-effective, and compliant supply of dairy materials.
What You'll Work On
  • Develop and execute global dairy procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Lead negotiations and secure long-term contracts with significant financial impact
  • Manage supplier relationships across diverse cultures and geographies
  • Ensure uninterrupted supply of dairy materials to global manufacturing and third-party sites
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, R&D, QA, Regulatory, and Manufacturing
  • Navigate complex regulatory environments and ensure compliance with global standards
  • Deliver financial plans and cost-saving initiatives across divisions
  • Coach and develop team members while fostering a culture of compliance and excellence

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Supply Chain, or a technical field
  • 6+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale expenditures and supplier portfolios
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in global environments with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or Master of Science in a related field
  • Experience in the dairy industry
  • Background in data and analytics
  • Familiarity with global regulatory requirements in food and pharma supply chains
