Job description

Job Title:Global Financial AnalystSummary:This role is responsible for leading financial consolidation, process alignment and improvement, and reporting and analysis across the global business for Working capital & Operations SG&A. This individual will be a key member of the Operations Finance team, interacting with Manufacturing, Procurement and the Supply Chain Finance teams. The analyst will take a lead role in driving data effectiveness, ensure adequate forecasting and planning activities.
*Please note that this role requires onsite presence five days per week, Monday through Friday
*Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We cannot sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.Responsibilities Include:
  • Working Capital Management
    • Monitor and analyze key working capital metrics, including Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), Days Payable Outstanding (DPO), and Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO)
    • Support development and execution of working capital improvement initiatives
    • Support automation and digitization initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Accounts Payable Optimization (Working with Procurement Teams)
    • Analyze payment terms and vendor performance
    • Identify opportunities to optimize cash outflows while maintaining strong supplier relationships
    • Support implementation of standardized payment practices
  • Inventory & Operational Support
    • Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to optimize inventory levels
    • Analyze DIO and across BU's and recommend actions
  • Forecasting & Reporting
    • Support short- and long-term cash flow forecasting
    • Provide variance analysis and actionable insights
    • Weekly Reporting of WC components
  • SG&A
    • Lead SG&A budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes. Track & Analyze actuals
    • Partner with functional leaders to develop accurate expense forecasts and provide insights into cost drivers
    • Identify risks and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations
Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree required in finance, accounting, business or related field
  • Critical thinking and strategic mindset
  • Strong Influencing and leadership skills
  • Presentation Skills (Oral and Written / PPT)
  • Process Digitization
  • Ability to work with a multicultural team in different time zones

  • Demonstrated ability to meet work and project deadlines producing high quality output
  • Excellent prioritization and organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables
What We Offer:Base Pay Range: $52,400 - $76,780

The actual salary offered is determined by factors including but not limited to education, experience, skill sets, and geography. Additionally, this role is eligible for incentive or sales variable compensation payments. The amount of these incentives is based on the terms of the Company's incentive plans, the Company's financial performance, and/or individual employee job performance.
