  • At least two years of design experience with embedded hardware, or at least two years of design experience with AC/DC motors, generators, and drive systems.
  • Experience with PCB layout.
  • Basic knowledge of EMC/EMI and motor control or control theory.
  • Ability to travel internationally approximately two to four times per year and participate in occasional early-morning or evening communication with overseas teams.

What Will Help You Stand Out:

  • Well-rounded engineering experience across analog and digital hardware design, embedded controllers, motor control, digital communications, and system connectivity.
  • Experience leading complex technical projects or cross-functional engineering initiatives from concept through product development.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence global stakeholders and provide technical direction without direct supervisory authority.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
