Why this job is a big deal

This is not a role where you simply document what already exists. This is a chance to influence how a global organization works smarter. As the Global Business Process Analyst, you will help transform complex workflows into clear, scalable, measurable processes that make it easier for teams to execute with confidence. You will be at the center of meaningful business change: connecting people, process, technology, and quality systems to improve how work gets done across functions and regions. Your impact will show up in stronger accountability, smoother operations, better documentation, smarter automation opportunities, and a more effective global QMS experience.

What you get to do:

    • Turn complex business processes into clear, practical models that help leaders and teams understand ownership, decision rights, scope, accountabilities, and impact.
    • Partner across business functions and regions to find where processes can be simplified, standardized, measured, and improved.
    • Use process improvement tools and methodologies to translate insights into practical solutions that make work easier, faster, and more consistent.
    • Be a documentation champion, helping teams create process and policy content that is clear, usable, audit-ready, and aligned with QMS expectations.
    • Build metrics, KPIs, and audit practices that show whether process improvements are working and help leaders see progress clearly.
    • Collaborate with IT and business partners to identify smart opportunities for partial or full process automation, including BPMN and continuous improvement programs.
    • Help strengthen the eQMS experience by supporting issue resolution, vendor updates, global usage processes, and ETQ change management activity.
    • Jump into other high-value projects as business needs evolve, and use your expertise to keep work moving forward.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to document, analyze, and optimize critical workflows using industry-standard BPMN 2.0 methodologies such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM).

Requirements

You should have:

    • You have a bachelor's degree in a related field.
    • You bring 5+ years of experience in business process analysis, process development, implementation, and standardization, with a track record of delivering meaningful process improvements.
    • You have Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification; Black Belt certification is preferred. PMP certification is a plus.
    • You are strong with analytical tools and techniques, including data gathering and analysis, flowcharting, process mapping, and diagramming.
    • You are comfortable working with process mapping, documentation, data analysis, and QMS or eQMS tools.
    • You communicate clearly in writing and conversation, and you can explain process needs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • You build trust across global, cross-functional teams and know how to drive accountability through influence.
    • You stay adaptable in fast-paced, high-pressure, and changing environments.
    • You are comfortable moving between office work, hands-on shop floor engagement, and computer-based work in a manufacturing environment.
    • You are willing to travel regularly, up to 20%, including international travel.

Salary: $80,000-$116,000
