We are seeking a visionary brand strategist to join their team and profoundly influence their brand narrative and market presence. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of an extensive brand portfolio, blending strategic insight with forward-thinking vision. You will diagnose current brand health while charting the course for future brand evolution, bringing strategic rigor to critical areas like naming, brand architecture, and acquisition integration. Your work will be key in establishing a brand center of excellence for the organization, making a tangible impact on how this company connects with the world.
Your Impact and Responsibilities
  • Lead naming projects for new offerings, sub-brands, and features from strategy and territory development through legal vetting and final recommendation.
  • Define and evolve brand architecture across an extensive portfolio, clarifying how master and product brands relate to and reinforce one another.
  • Develop brand integration strategy and recommendations for acquired companies and products, ensuring new additions align with the broader portfolio.
  • Act as a forward-looking voice on where the brand should go next, tracking category, cultural, and technology shifts and translating them into brand implications.
  • Run brand awareness and perception research, and translate findings into clear strategic recommendations.
  • Conduct brand diagnostics; audits of brand health, consistency, and competitive positioning - to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Ground brand strategy in a deep understanding of the technology sector, translating complex technical concepts into compelling brand narratives.
  • Partner with the Creative Director, Brand and design team to ensure strategy and creative execution are aligned.
  • Help build and formalize a brand center of excellence, developing frameworks, governance, and processes that scale brand thinking across the organization.
  • Present strategic recommendations and research findings to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

Qualifications
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in brand strategy, with direct experience in naming and brand architecture work.
  • Experience supporting brand integration for mergers, acquisitions, or new product launches.
  • A demonstrated point of view on emerging trends and the ability to translate them into brand strategy.
  • Experience designing and interpreting brand awareness and perception research.
  • Experience running brand audits or diagnostics and turning findings into action.
  • Strong grounding in technology, with the ability to speak credibly about the sector and its direction.
  • Experience contributing to or building brand governance frameworks, guidelines, or centers of excellence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
  • Experience with semiconductor, hardware, or B2B technology brands.
  • Familiarity with multi-brand or sub-brand portfolio structures.
  • Background partnering with legal/trademark teams on naming clearance.
