The Global Brand Specialist maintains the integrity of the Panduit brand, ensuring a consistent and compelling presence across every touchpoint. This role leads brand governance, training, and brand ambassador programs while partnering with global marketing teams, agencies, and business stakeholders to bring the brand to life through impactful visual and verbal communications.

You'll manage a diverse portfolio of projects, including corporate communications, website content, social media, publications, trade show messaging, and other external-facing channels. Success in this role requires exceptional writing, strong project management capabilities, outstanding organization, and the ability to thrive in a creative, collaborative environment.

What You Will Do

  • Brand Governance & Execution:
    • Maintain brand standards, guidelines, templates, and assets across all communications.
    • Lead global brand programs, training initiatives, and brand ambassador networks to strengthen understanding and adoption throughout the organization.
    • Ensure compliance with policies through regular reviews of marketing materials and collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and refine governance processes.
    • Manage the brand governance SharePoint site, serving as the primary resource for tools, guidance, and support.
    • Partner with global marketing teams to support the execution of enterprise-wide brand campaigns.
  • PR & Digital Brand Marketing:
    • Support the development and distribution of corporate communications, including press releases and brand messaging.
    • Manage and optimize corporate website content, collaborating with regional teams to ensure a consistent global brand experience across languages and markets.
    • Serve as the key brand partner to digital teams, ensuring alignment between brand strategy and digital execution.
  • Research & Analytics:
    • Leverage SharePoint and website analytics to identify opportunities, enhance user experience, and improve brand resources.
    • Monitor digital performance and recommend data-driven enhancements to strengthen brand visibility, engagement, and effectiveness.

What You Will Bring

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, communication, or business required; or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in marketing role with PR, copywriting, and technical writing experience.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with B2B brand marketing best practices and market research methods. Experience managing brand programs a plus.
  • Communication: Experience writing compelling content for a variety of marketing assets. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Skills: Strong project management, organization, and time-management skills. Experience/familiarity analyzing digital data and developing recommendations.
  • Systems: Experience with PowerPoint and building SharePoint sites.
