Job description

AO Racing has rapidly become one of the benchmark teams in Professional Sportscar Racing - known not only for ontrack performance, but for a merchandise program that has transformed our fan engagement. Our instantly recognizable characters - "Rexy" and "Roxy" the TRex Porsche 911 GT3 Rawrs and "Spike" the LMP2 Dragon - have evolved into global icons, driving a fastgrowing merch line that consistently sells out and fuels the AO Racing brand experience.


As we compete in both the IMSA WeatherTech and European Le Mans Championships, our merchandise program plays a central role in how fans connect with us at the track, online, and around the world. With expanding product lines, increasing demand, and a passionate international fanbase, we are building the next phase of our merchandise operations - and we're looking for the right people to grow with us.


What You'll Do:

Order Fulfillment & Shipping

  • Pick, pack, and ship merchandise orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Prepare shipping labels and ensure packages meet carrier requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized packing area to support efficient workflow.
  • Assist with returns processing and restocking as needed.

Inventory Support

  • Help receive, unpack, and organize incoming merchandise shipments.
  • Conduct basic inventory counts and flag lowstock items.
  • Keep products neatly organized and easy to locate.

Operational Support

  • Assist with prerace packing for the merchandise trailer (restock boxes, labeling, SKU prep).
  • Support occasional onsite merchandise needs during local events.
  • Communicate any issues, delays, or product discrepancies promptly.
