Job description

Description

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and replenish all beverages, ice, and supplies at service areas.
  • Maintain and replenish all beverage supplies.
  • Assist with inventory control by alerting supervisor or individual responsible for ordering, when supplies are low.
  • Remove and dispose of all trash in all food and beverage service and storage areas.
  • Clean and empty bus stand regularly. Transport all dirty china, glassware, flatware, and other service utensils to the dish room.
  • Scrape, rack, stack and wash all china, flatware, glassware and utensils according to company standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Clean and sanitize workstations, and maintain cleanliness and organization of coolers and dry storage areas.
  • Assist with the set-up of banquets, buffets and private functions.
  • Promote positive guest and employee relations.
  • Comply with all Internal Controls, Company, departmental, and safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Must follow the Bally's Purpose and Values model at all times.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

Experience
Six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. (preferred)
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. (preferred)
Basic proficiency- Internet Explorer and /or other Internet Service Providers (preferred)
