Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€˜s, Masterโ€˜s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Washington State Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
  • Patient documentation experience with electronic medical records preferred.
  • Ability to manage caseloads that include geriatric patients and common post-acute diagnoses preferred.
