What You’ll Do:
  • Lead the tint installation team to ensure we keep our one-hour tint promise and maintain high-quality standards
  • Choose the right tools, equipment, and parts necessary to complete a job
  • Use center software system to enter, update, and verify job information before, during, and after each individual tint job
  • Utilize a plotter to create a computer cutout of tint film and cut tint film by hand when necessary
  • Responsible for bay production and ensure production is flowing
  • Responsible for any and all services/installations and the quality of all services/installations performed
  • Supervise Junior installer and shop assistant
  • Maintain a clean work environment
  • Maintain working levels of all center supplies and installation tools
  • Coordinate customer appointments with Center Manager
What We’re Looking For:
  • 3+ years of experience installing paint protection film and automotive window tint
  • Experience managing a team
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Skilled in all facets of installing the products we offer
  • Satisfactory driving record and background check
