Auto Glass Technician – Auto Glass USA
Position Title: Auto Glass Technician
Company: Auto Glass USA
Auto Glass USA is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Auto Glass Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing and repairing automotive glass while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
  •  Remove and install windshields, door glass, back glass, quarter glass, and related components 
  •  Perform recalibrations and assist with ADAS procedures when required 
  •  Inspect vehicles for damage prior to installation and document findings with photos 
  •  Ensure proper use of primers, urethane, and installation materials 
  •  Verify all moldings, clips, sensors, and accessories are functioning properly after installation 
  •  Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle, tools, and work area 
  •  Communicate professionally with customers, insurance companies, and coworkers 
  •  Follow company procedures for invoicing, documentation, and warranty compliance 
  •  Safely drive company vehicles and comply with all traffic laws 
  •  Assist with shop duties, inventory handling, and deliveries as needed 
Requirements
  •  Previous auto glass installation experience preferred 
  •  Valid driver’s license with clean driving record 
  •  Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly 
  •  Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship 
  •  Ability to work independently and efficiently 
  •  Reliable attendance and punctuality 
  •  Basic smartphone/tablet skills for work orders and photo documentation
