Job description

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts (Day or Night)

  • Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

  • Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

  • Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule

Position Summary

We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Associates to join our glass manufacturing team. This position involves operating production equipment, inspecting glass products for quality, maintaining a safe work environment, and supporting daily manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities
  • Operate manufacturing and production equipment safely

  • Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met

  • Package and prepare finished products for shipment

  • Follow production schedules and work instructions

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

  • Assist with general production tasks as assigned

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred

  • Manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout a 12-hour shift

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Strong attention to detail and safety

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
