Job Title: Production AssociateJob DescriptionJoin our team as a Production Associate, where you will play a vital role in manufacturing diamond blades and core bits for the construction, stone, and mining industries. Your work will contribute to creating products that cut and grind a variety of surfaces, including brick, mortar, concrete, granite, engineered stone, tile, and glass.
Responsibilities- Perform a variety of tasks, including dressing, packaging, painting, grinding, CET printing, and stamping.
- Shift between various production roles and work site locations as needed.
- Assist in departments such as radius grinding, material picking, laser welding, and open arbor cutting.
- Ensure correct part numbers and cross-reference them with job orders.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
- Operate machinery and use hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adhere to safety protocols.
Essential Skills- 1+ year of production experience.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Windows applications.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good hand dexterity and quality-focused mindset.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience in general labor, packaging, production, and machine operation.
- Willingness to learn and be trained in new areas.
- Flexibility to assist in various departments as needed.
- Punctuality and reliability.

Work EnvironmentWork in a warehouse environment with erratic temperature control, subject to heat, cold, noise, dust, and other particles. Engage with large equipment and machinery, including production machines and forklifts. Follow safety protocols by wearing steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, earplugs, and gloves. The team comprises 120 employees working in 1st and 2nd shifts, requiring physical activity like lifting up to 35 lbs, standing/sitting for extended periods, and repetitive bending, reaching, and climbing.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
