The Role

Working closely with the General Manager and Front of House leadership team, the Polisher is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and organization of all service ware. This role is essential to supporting the flow of service by ensuring all plates, glassware, and flatware are polished, stocked, and ready for use.


What You’ll Do
  • Prepare and maintain the polishing station according to restaurant standards
  • Polish and restock all plates, glassware, flatware, and service items to ensure readiness for service
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of storage areas for all service ware
  • Follow established steps of service to support a high-quality guest experience
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency to support smooth and efficient service flow
  • Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards
  • Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization across service areas as needed
  • Complete opening, mid-shift, and closing duties thoroughly and efficiently

Physical Requirements:
