Glass Unloader/Loader/Crane Operator

Location: 4005 S Clay St, Englewood, CO 80110

Schedule: Monday through Friday - Full-Time, 40 hours

Pay: Starting at $17.00/hour (Depending on Experience) with 90 Day Evaluation & Pay Rate Change

We offer the broadest product line in the flat glass industry including low-e products, laminated glass, tempered safety glass, tinted glass, reflective glass, and specializes in the manufacture of thermal efficient insulated glass units (Dual Pane Units).

Summary

Glaz-Tech is looking to fill the position of a loader and crane operator. We are looking for a responsible, adaptable and self–driven individual looking to grow in the manufacturing industry. The job functions include handling, packaging and loading/unloading glass panes that will be produced into dual pane windows, shower doors, table tops, mirrors, etc.

Responsibilities may include:
  • Utilize the appropriate handling equipment to move panes and/or pallets
  • Organizing window panes onto transportation or storage racks.
  • Loading completed product onto glass trucks for delivery.
Requirements:
  • Ability to safely lift 50-75 pounds
  • Must be able to read a tape measure down to 1/8"
  • Ability to physically stand for 8 hours per day.
  • Ability to complete simple computer task.
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Background Check/Drug Screen
Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Authorized to work in the US
