Job description

Position Summary:

Machine Operator I will set up and operate machines with repeatable processes and run a minimal process mix.ย 

  • Operate various machines and toolsย 
  • May be required to do setup and changeover
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solvingย 
  • Able to use basic measurement tools
  • Read work orders
  • Running Electra Fabric Cutter/Top Spin Fabric Cutterย 
  • Fabric Inspection Machine
  • Basic Computer Skills

Position Requirements:ย 

  • Attention to fine detail/ must be detail-orientedย 
  • Regular lifting, maneuvering, and positioning of product up to 50 lbs.
  • Requires full shift of standing, walking, bending and lifting
  • Able to read, write and follow instructions, both written and verbal
  • Able to use basic hand tools ย 
  • Able to assist in training employeesย ย ย ย ย ย ย 
  • Ensures a safe working environment by conforming to all safety guidelines including, but not limited to, wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Experience and Knowledge Required:
  • High school diploma or GED preferredย 
  • Previous Manufacturing Experience preferredย
