Job description

We are urgently seeking a skilled Glazier or Glazier Apprentice to join our team. This role involves working primarily on local projects as part of a small crew, installing and replacing glass in residential and commercial settings. You will report to the Lead Glazier and play a key part in ensuring high-quality installation and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Install window frames and fit glass securely
  • Prepare job sites for glazing tasks
  • Handle and manage glazing materials safely
  • Interact professionally with customers on site
  • Replace and re-glaze damaged or broken glass

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in glazing but willing to train the right person
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in measuring and installation techniques
  • Strong physical stamina
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Effective communication skills

We are a small, very busy, family owned glazing business that started in 1995. We are an Andersen Certified Contractor. We specialize in reglazing windows, as well as new window and door installation. We are a fast growing business looking for a couple of people to join our team and grow with us. We are seeking individuals with carpentry/construction background. We provide on the job training.
