Role Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of commercial glazing and faรงade projects from project handoff through final closeout. This role oversees project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, subcontractor management, client communication, and overall project performance.
As a key leader within the organization, the Project Manager works closely with internal departments, vendors, subcontractors, and customers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
  • Manage projects from award through closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and milestone tracking.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address risks and challenges.
  • Coordinate project startup, mobilization, and turnover activities.
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements and project specifications.

Financial & Contract Management
  • Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets.
  • Review project financial reports and identify potential cost impacts.
  • Review and approve change orders, purchase orders, invoices, and project expenditures.
  • Prepare and submit customer and subcontractor pay applications.
  • Monitor profitability and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, general contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
  • Maintain consistent communication regarding schedule, budget, and project status.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Vendor, Subcontractor & Resource Management
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, fabrication teams, and field personnel.
  • Track material procurement, manufacturing schedules, and delivery timelines.
  • Ensure resources are properly allocated to support project objectives.

Leadership & Continuous Improvement
  • Lead project meetings and project status reviews.
  • Support and mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers.
  • Document lessons learned and recommend process improvements.
  • Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in commercial construction.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience managing commercial glazing, curtain wall, storefront, faรงade, or building envelope projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Procore Certification.
  • OSHA 30 Certification.
  • Experience with fabrication, manufacturing, and installation coordination.
  • Experience reviewing shop drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar project management software.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling, procurement, and project controls.
  • Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and client relationships.
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and pay applications.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation
$80,000 - $109,000 annually (based on experience)

Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

  • Occasional lifting and carrying of product samples and materials up to 25lbs
