Experience and Qualifications:
  • Deep hands-on experience with GitHub Enterprise administration and architecture.
  • Strong expertise in DevSecOps practices, pipeline security, and secure SDLC.
  • Proven experience designing enterprise-grade CI/CD frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of identity and access management, SSO/SCIM integrations, and RBAC models.
  • Experience with audit, compliance, and governance in regulated enterprise environments.
 
Preferred Certifications:
  • GitHub Administration / GitHub Advanced Security certifications
  • Cloud Architect certifications (Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Solutions Architect)
  • DevSecOps / Kubernetes / Terraform certifications (nice to have)
 
Responsibilities / Job Description:
  • Enterprise Architecture & Platform Strategy
  • Define and enforce governance models, policy frameworks, and operating standards.
  • Establish and maintain GHAS (GitHub Advanced Security) baselines and secure-by-default templates.
  • Design organization-wide branch protection, CODEOWNERS, and repository compliance strategies. DevSecOps & CI/CD Architecture
  • Architect and standardize CI/CD frameworks and migration strategies from legacy tools to GitHub Actions.
  • Design secure, reusable pipeline templates and shared runners strategy (GitHub-hosted and self-hosted).
  • Define environment promotion models, artifact versioning, and release governance patterns.
  • Operational Excellence & ScalabilityDesign repository scalability and performance standards, including Git LFS architecture and monorepo/multirepo strategies.
