Job description


  • Deploy, configure, and validate GridOS Plan solutions using Kubernetes, Helm, and containerized services

  • Support implementations across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments

  • Troubleshoot deployment, configuration, networking, and Linux system issues

  • Work with customer IT and application teams to support installation and integration activities

  • Investigate data quality issues involving telemetry, GIS, weather, asset, or operational data

  • Support integrations using REST APIs, messaging, middleware, and file-based exchanges

  • Develop or maintain data workflows, integration utilities, or scripts as needed

  • Support deployment automation, CI/CD practices, and release validation where applicable

  • Document deployment steps, data flows, interface mappings, and troubleshooting procedures

  • Identify opportunities to improve implementation efficiency and standardize repeatable practices

  • Provide clear updates and technical issue summaries to internal and customer stakeholders


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent demonstrated experience in software deployment or systems integration

  • 2+ years of experience with system integrations and software development using REST APIs, messaging, middleware, or file-based exchange

  • Experience developing scripts, modules, or tools with Python, Java, Kotlin, or similar languages

  • Hands‑on experience supporting software deployments in Linux-based environments
