Location: Plymouth, MI

Hiring Manager: Paul

Contract Length: 6‑Month Contract‑to‑Hire

Compensation: $30–$35/hour

Work Environment: Onsite, Monday–Friday

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑driven Project Coordinator to support a large‑scale onsite data center infrastructure project in Plymouth, MI. This role requires daily onsite presence to collaborate with engineering teams, external partners, and field crews, ensuring accurate data flow, project tracking, and system alignment across GIS, financial, and production platforms.

The Project Coordinator will play a critical role in maintaining data accuracy, validating mapping outputs, interpreting construction prints, and supporting the Project Manager with day‑to‑day project operations. This position blends coordination, data analysis, and technical project support. While not a pure analyst role, it requires strong analytical thinking, advanced Excel skills, and comfort working with technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work onsite within GIS platforms to support mapping, navigation, and project tracking
  • Coordinate daily communication between:
    • Engineering teams
    • External partners
    • Field teams
  • Organize, analyze, and validate large datasets in Excel (Excel proficiency is essential)
  • Identify discrepancies between Excel data and GIS system outputs
  • Support financial and production systems to ensure accurate reporting and project alignment
  • Partner closely with the Project Manager to assist with scheduling, documentation, workflow tracking, and project updates
  • Review and interpret construction prints to support planning and execution
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and project status updates across multiple systems
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and timely communication across all project stakeholders
  • Support mapping/navigation efforts for field deployment and engineering validation
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to support on‑time completion
  • Provide onsite support for project meetings, field coordination, and system updates
Required Experience & Skills
  • Ability to read and interpret construction prints
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, filtering, formulas, data cleanup, etc.)
  • Experience with mapping or GIS systems is a plus, but not required
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze data, identify gaps, and reconcile discrepancies
  • Comfortable working across multiple systems (GIS, financial, production, Excel)
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating between engineering, external, and field teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, onsite project environment

  • This role is 100% onsite in Plymouth, MI
  • Supports a data center infrastructure project

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
