Blew is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Zoning Analyst to join our team. As one of the leading national land surveying and civil engineering firms, our team is dedicated to providing accurate and reliable services to our clients. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of experienced professionals in the zoning industry. With over 130 years of experience, Blew & Associates, P.A. is committed to upholding the same ideals and standards of accuracy, dedication, hard work, and customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive research on zoning laws, regulations, and restrictions
  • Interpret zoning maps, codes, and ordinances
  • Prepare and submit zoning applications and documents
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local municipalities
