SHIFT: Full Time, Mon-Fri from 10pm-6:30am (5/8s)

SALARY:$23.95/hr (plus $4/hr overnight shift differential)

ROLE SUMMARY: The Warehouse Technician I This is an entry level position in the warehouse, supporting warehouse activities. This entails transporting raw materials and finished goods throughout the distillery, loading and off-loading of trucks for receipt/shipment, and the building and delivering of Tasting Room orders using the forklift.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Using forklifts and pallet jacks to transport finished goods and raw materials around the warehouse.

  • Loading and unloading of trucks at dock.

  • Arranges and stages finished goods loads for orders, aligning with production schedule to ensure timely staging of finished goods orders for shipping.

  • Escalates issues to management

  • Receive and distribute raw materials throughout organization.

  • Stack and palletize finished product and prepare for storage.

  • Use a forklift to move materials and finished products.

  • Shuttle packaging between warehouses utilizing company truck.

  • Unload packaging materials from pallets.

  • Load finished products onto pallets.

  • Maintain cleanliness of primary and secondary warehouses.

  • Adhere to all safety precautions, rules and guidelines.

  • Performing duties of Production team member when needed.

  • Embraces and fulfills the core values and culture of Cutwater Spirits.


JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • 2+ years' experience in forklift operations required.

  • Valid Driver's License with clean driving record required.

  • Experience with Inventory processes (preferred).

  • Experience driving non-CDL Box Truck (preferred).

  • Prior shipping/receiving experience (preferred).
