Senior Instructor / Training Specialist III
Annapolis Junction, Maryland Description Kaizen Approach is currently seeking a SIGINT / Cyber Discovery Instructor to deliver, update, and mentor advanced analytic training for the National Cryptologic University (NCU). In this role, you’ll teach and mentor intelligence professionals in Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) and Cyber Discovery disciplines, ensuring course delivery aligns with mission requirements and evolving analytic methodologies. You’ll collaborate with government and contractor teams to modernize course content, maintain training standards, and prepare the next generation of analysts supporting a high-level mission. Requirements: * Must possess a strong background in signals analysis, network exploitation, analytic reporting, or geospatial analysis. * Must have proven experience developing and delivering technical training or mentoring within DoD/IC environments. * Must be capable of designing, updating, and evaluating course materials in accordance with National Cryptologic University standards. * Must have excellent communication and facilitation skills for both in-person and virtual instruction. * Must be eligible for or hold NCU Adjunct Faculty certification (National Cryptologic School Instructor Course preferred). * Must have two (2) years of relevant SIGINT, Cyber Analysis, or Instructional experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline (e.g., Intelligence Studies, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Systems Engineering, or Information Technology). * Must have six (6) years of relevant SIGINT, Cyber Analysis, or Instructional experience with a High School Diploma (or GED) if a degree is not held. * Active TS/SCI clearance with Full-Scope Polygraph is required.  Salary Range: A variety of factors can impact the final salary offered, including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and wage rates, relevant work experience, specialized skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
