TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Western Mass is hiring Drivers (NO CDL REQUIRED). Drivers safely operate branded automatic transmission airconditioned 26-foot moving truck, provide top notch customer service as you safely move, pack, and unpack customer belongings, perform daily truck inspections and complete paperwork with customers.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be at least 21 years to be a driver and clean satisfactory driver's record, NO CDL REQUIRED.
  • Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
  • Stamina to lift and carry heavy items (100 lbs. or more) all day long while climbing stairs, balancing, walking, etc.
  • Strong logic and math skills / Good hand-eye coordination
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Professional attitude and demeanor
  • Experience as a mover, truck driver, general laborer, or warehouse worker helpful.
RESPONSIBILTIES
  • Provide top notch customer service as you safely move, pack, and unpack customer belongings.
  • Greet customer upon arrival at the location, make a positive first impression (smile, handshake, positive attitude), and complete a walk-through of the premises.
  • Communicate professionally in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Movers will assist drivers with truck inspections and moving equipment inventory.
  • Accurately complete paperwork and payment collection
