Job Summary

Coordinate administrative, operational, and nursing activities across assigned clinics. Manage staffing/scheduling, oversee clinical/clerical workflows, maintain policies and competencies, collaborate on budgets, and ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise clinical and front-office staff; coach performance and hold regular staff meetings and education.
  • Manage daily workflow, scheduling, supplies, and throughput; resolve barriers to care.
  • Maintain and update policies/competencies; ensure compliance with hospital/regulatory guidance.
  • Partner with Clinic Administration on budgets, reports, and population health initiatives; drive customer experience.

Job Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent; 3+ years office/office supervision; strong organization and customer service skills.

Preferred

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree; experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and eClinicalWorks.
