Let the competitions begin at Dolly Parton's Stampede Dinner and Show! We're seeking friendly, fun, and high-energy individuals to work in the gift shop as gift shop Lead. To help coordinate activities of gift shop and carriage room.  Essential duties and responsibilities:Greet guests as they enter the gift shop, inform them of the product.Operate a POS system to complete accurate transactions, including the collection of payment.Tag, stock, and organize merchandise in gift shop accordingly.Be prepared to answer questions related to the performance.Assist with cleaning duties as needed in the gift shop and the Saloon area.The gift shop position may require cross-training for greeting, face painting, and carriage room duties.Will assist the Merchandise Manager with inventory counts and receivingWill assist the Merchandise Manager with receiving POsResponsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; rewarding employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems and conflicts.Follow all safety and compliance policies and ensure compliance of all employees.Must help in other areas/departments are requested by management.Must get along well with guests and fellow employees and maintain a professional business relationship at all times.Must maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance at the job.Qualification Requirements:At least 18 years of age.Have a valid ABC permitLanguage Skills to include the ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents.
