What are some common challenges a gift shop manager faces when managing seasonal inventory?

Gift Shop Managers often experience challenges in forecasting and managing seasonal inventory due to fluctuations in customer demand and trends. Balancing stock levels is crucial—overordering can lead to excess, unsellable inventory, while underordering may result in missed sales opportunities. Effective managers stay attuned to sales data, communicate closely with suppliers, and adjust orders as needed to ensure the shop remains stocked with relevant and appealing items.
