About the Role
The Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth and strengthening relationships within the national gift and apparel community through advertising sales, sponsorship opportunities, and targeted buyer engagement strategies.
This role serves as a key liaison between ANDMORE and interior designers, exhibitors, and advertising partners, developing strategic relationships that increase participation in ANDMORE markets while maximizing advertising and sponsorship revenue. The position combines consultative sales, relationship management, and industry engagement to support both advertising programs and designer acquisition initiatives across ANDMORE campuses.
What You'll Do
Key responsibilities include:
Advertising & Sponsorship Sales
  • Sell advertising and sponsorship opportunities across ANDMORE campuses to exhibitors and gift and apparel industry partners.
  • Develop customized advertising and promotional packages aligned with customer marketing goals.
  • Generate revenue through proactive outreach including phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Actively prospect and cold call new and existing clients to build pipelines, uncover opportunities, and drive new business revenue.
  • Partner closely with leasing teams to begin the advertising sales process following showroom lease execution.
  • Manage insertion orders, obtain client approvals, and coordinate ad production and fulfillment.
  • Monitor customer ROI and maintain strong post-sale relationships to drive renewal and growth opportunities.
  • Maintain awareness of competitive advertising offerings, industry publications, and sponsorship opportunities.

Key Account Development
  • Maintain and manage key account lists within the ANDMORE CRM system, tracking sales activity and participation by product type.
  • Implement strategic outreach plans designed to increase buyer acquisition and retention.
  • Deliver high-touch customer service including personal outreach and sales support.
  • Attend ANDMORE markets to build relationships and prospect potential advertisers and visit key accounts.

Marketing & Industry Engagement
  • Execute targeted marketing campaigns for key accounts including digital communications, webinars, social media, and in-person meetings.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to cultivate relationships and generate new opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with industry organizations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Marketing, Leasing, and Production teams to ensure successful program execution.
  • Coordinate sponsorship fulfillment and promotional opportunities to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Collaborate with the Production team to support product installations, including conducting site visits and confirming installations are completed accurately, on time, and aligned with client expectations.
  • Contribute insights and recommendations that strengthen ANDMORE's market value proposition.

What You'll Bring
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in advertising sales, account management, business development, or related fields.
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Preferred Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Click-Up, FEEMA, HubSpot) and Dynamics 365.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel and attend markets, industry events, and networking functions as required.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends during market events.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
