BrightStar Care of Westfield is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) for hourly and live-in shifts. If you’re caring, reliable, and ready to make a difference, we want you on our team!

An active NJ CHHA license and at least 6 months experience working as a caregiver is required.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, ambulation, transfers)
  • Support clients with errands, appointments, and daily activities
  • Follow care plans & report changes to our nursing team
  • Provide companionship & compassionate care to seniors

What You’ll Need:

  • Active NJ CHHA license (required)
  • At least 6 months of professional caregiving experience
  • Valid driver’s license + reliable vehicle (unless live-in)
  • Ability to pass background check & drug screening
  • Must be fluent in English
